Is this even possible?How do you write your own caption on a desktop photo?
What I understood is that u have a wallpaper and u want 2 add a caption 2 it.
If this is the case then u have to open the picture in paint select the text option in the toolbar and add the caption.Then save it.On the image right click and select Set as Desktop Background!!
Done!!!!
