How do I add a caption to my pictures?

I'm looking for a program that lets me put captions and speech balloons to my pictures. I don't want to use Photoshop and MS Paint is too clumsy for this kind of thing.How do I add a caption to my pictures?

Those would be the two programs I would reccomend, You just use the text button, make a selection where you want to type, put it on the right font, and type your caption.





Any other editor will work the exact same as MS paint and Photoshop, and they also work they EXACT same.
