Upload the picture to imageshack or photobucket (you will need to create an account if you don't already have one), then once it's uploaded, use the code below the picture - it starts with '%26lt;a href=' - copy %26amp; paste the full line of code into whatever section of your mayspace you want it to appear in.

then get either the HTML code or the IMG code (i always forget which one it is so just try both) and paste it in the place where you write your caption
