I got a new Sony Bravia HDTV and I have taken the connection from Comcast and have a HD box connected to it, I am unable to start the Closed caption even though I press ';On'; using the remote.I am unable to start the Closed Caption in Sony Bravia 1080P?
If you are using the cable box via video input jacks rather than using the tv tuner on channel 3, You may not be able to use the TVs closed caption option. Instead, use the closed caption option available in the cable box setup menu so the cable box itself is supplying the closed caption information via the video input signal.I am unable to start the Closed Caption in Sony Bravia 1080P?
