How come everytime i try to put a quote frm photobucket as my picture caption it doesnt work?

i put the html code but the caption doent show up just the code does. why doesnt it work? i see it on my friends pic captions so i kno theres a u can do it.How come everytime i try to put a quote frm photobucket as my picture caption it doesnt work?

Picture captions have a character limit and the regular html codes that you get directly from photobucket are usually too long.How come everytime i try to put a quote frm photobucket as my picture caption it doesnt work?
You could possibly erase that %26lt;a href';_____________';%26gt; and that %26lt;/a%26gt; at the end of the picture and there is your caption.
