How can I put a caption on top of a picture in Paint without the captoin box being white?

I just want to put a caption on a picture basically. But..not with a big white box there. Ruins the picture.How can I put a caption on top of a picture in Paint without the captoin box being white?
when you are in paint, and you click the picture to insert your text, on the side will be two boxes with little shapes in them, you want to click the one that has just the dotted lines around the green box, not the green box with white behind it.the correct one to choose is the second one down. then you can write your text right over it. hope this helps.How can I put a caption on top of a picture in Paint without the captoin box being white?
